First, we offer a free 30-min consultation with one of our Certified Geriatric Care Managers. This consultation can help demonstrate the value of working with a Geriatric Care Manager, as well as briefly summarize some of the common issues that arise with elderly loved ones as they age and face social, health, legal, financial, and residential issues.

We also offer a much more comprehensive 2-hour assessment and action plan over Zoom. Working with one of our Certified Geriatric Care Managers, this service includes going over care challenges you or a loved one may be struggling with or anticipating. During the session, we can provide guidance on how to address these challenges, as well as strategies for anticipating and preparing for future issues that can arise with elder health, especially crisis prevention.
